GMime is a library and set of utilities for parsing and creating messages using the Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension (MIME).

Changes:
File offset interfaces are now all 64-bit in order
to support large files. A number of changes were
done to make the API far more beautiful and
consistent across the board.
