DeVeDe is a program to create video DVDs (compatible with home players) from nearly any video format. It only uses Python, MPlayer, Mencoder, DVDAuthor, VCDImager, and mkisofs, so it has very few dependencies. License: GNU General Public License v3 Changes: Video bitrate is automatically adjusted to ensure that the ISO or BIN/CUE image occupies the maximum size in the disk. Up to 32 subtitle tracks are supported. The subtitle's language may be specified. The language to use may be chosen when the original video contains several audio tracks. The video can be rotated and flipped. Multicore support was added. Classic and widescreen videos may be mixed in the same disk. High Definition is supported in DivX. A more elegant menu system is used. A bug when Mplayer is compiled with --enable-color-console was fixed.
