TorChat is a peer-to-peer instant messenger with a
completely decentralized design, built on top of
Tor's location hidden services, giving you
extremely strong anonymity. It is very easy to
use, and doesn't need to be installed or
configured on Windows systems.

Changes:
This version has support for translations of the user interface. A complete German and partial French and Dutch translations are included. There is now a user-friendly configuration dialog for the settings in torchat.ini. The temporary folder for incoming files is no longer by default the system temp folder on the computer's hard drive when running in portable mode.
