TTX is a tool to convert OpenType and TrueType
fonts to and from XML. FontTools is a Python
library for manipulating fonts. It supports
TrueType, OpenType, AFM, (to an extent) Type 1,
and some Mac-specific formats.

Changes:
The code now uses numpy. Unicode and Adobe data
were updated. A manual page was added. Various
bugs were fixed.
