DBengine allows administrators to administer PostgreSQL
databases over the Web. It includes two test databases to
show its capabilities.

Changes:
The new input-tags <ep> and <el> are
included in the function "htmltext". The function
"htmltext" was defined for Postgresql and getting
textareas as htmltext(<textarea>) from the
database. The function "pr_textarea_bau" was
deleted from dbengine_out_neu. Dashes are
shortened. html-chars are now possible as symbols,
not only as numbers. A method was added for
searching for a year, given a day and a month. The
"NOT" in a date was corrected. Changes were made
to allow the new releases of DBI and DBD::Pg to
work.
