SlackRoll v24 (Default branch) |
SlackRoll is a package or upgrade manager for Slackware Linux. It is designed to work with official mirrors in systems mainly composed of official packages with a few unofficial packages. It lets you automatically upgrade or install packages, and displays which packages have been added or removed from the Slackware tree.

Changes:
There are three new operations called "erase-cache", "erase-tmp", and "erase-all" that remove every file from the package cache, the temporary directory, and both, respectively. In addition, the new "remote-paths" operation prints a plain list of all the remote package paths (see the FAQ), and the environment variable SRDIFF can be set to the diff tool to be used when comparing pairs of .new files.
