Changes:
Rx optimizations now attempt to deal with high latency WANs. The fileserver avoids a potential infinite loop when a client relinquishes an address. The fileserver large setting now configures more threads. The fileserver properly registers uuids of new clients. Client will not wait infinitely for a server that is not providing data. Fileservers reserve enough file descriptors such that each thread can cache one to avoid spurious errors. On Windows, a reference count leak in the file server has been fixed, udebug is prevented from crashing, and another VNOVNODE issue has been fixed.
