TorChat is a peer-to-peer instant messenger with a
completely decentralized design, built on top of
Tor's location hidden services, giving you
extremely strong anonymity. It is very easy to
use, and doesn't need to be installed or
configured on Windows systems.

Changes:
This version has a protocol change which is not
backwards compatible, so it is recommended to
update to 0.9.9.140 and stop using any older
version. The new version features pseudo-offline
messages. The process of adding and removing
buddies from the list has been improved. Many bugs
have been fixed, including a critical one that
could have led to a possible DoS attack.
