Frepple stands for "FreE Production Planning
Library". It is a toolkit for modeling and solving
production planning problems, targeted mainly at
discrete manufacturing industries.

Changes:
This release brings a new and powerfull Python interface and a number of usability improvements in the user interface, but its main focus has been on refactoring some of the internal structures.
