OpenNHRP implements the NBMA Next Hop Resolution
Protocol (as defined in RFC 2332). It makes it
possible to create a dynamic multipoint VPN Linux
router using NHRP, GRE, and IPsec. It aims to be
Cisco DMVPN compatible.

Changes:
The OpenNHRP daemon now intercepts multicast
packets and unicasts them to all known NHRP peers.
This should make OSPF work over the GRE tunnels.
New script hooks were added to clean up neighbor
and route caches on startup and to do additional
checking before accepting registrations. A whole
bunch of bugfixes and optimizations were made.
