set of file and disk management utility programs.

The Format Front end (format.front) was rewritten to perform more auto-detection of available format programs and parameters. A no-title-bar option and multiple processor support were added to sysinfo. A memory leak was fixed in the TAR archive add module. All of the window attributes were changed to use flags. All of the path, directory, and link routines were gathered into three separate modules: edv_path.c, edv_directory.c, and edv_link.c.
