Changes:
A Demand Attach Fileserver shutdown bug which
could cause a crash was corrected. 32-bit
installers are now built with Visual Studio 2005.
All vos.exe commands now support the "-noresolve"
option, which forces the display of IP addresses
instead of DNS hostnames. On all Unix platforms,
the pthreaded versions of the ubik server and
client programs are now available. Fixes were made
for Fedora Core 9 and Linux 2.6.25. Mount points
are filled correctly when using fakestat.
