Thread Safe Template Library (TSTL) is a C++
library that provides thread-safe storage data
structures without global locking. It includes
classes for maps based on a non-binary extensible
hashing tree for very fast access, a pipe, a
queue, a timercache, a limitcache, and a fast
writer multiple reader guard (WMRG) without global
locking (which uses the interlocked instruction
set of the CPU). It's useful for writing
multithreaded applications and operating system
components.

Some optimization in the limitcache UpElem() method. A folder structure was created inside the TSTL library folder.
