phpESP is a set of PHP scripts to let non-technical users create surveys, administer surveys, gather results, and view statistics, all managed online after database initialization. Initial data was not entered in the database for a fresh install, which was easy to fix but inconvenient. When a user/designer was edited, the password was reset to empty (this was probably an old bug).
