The Small Footprint CIM Broker is a CIM server (or
CIMOM) like OpenPegasus or OpenWBEM, but is
targeted at resource-constrained environments. A
CIMOM manages communication between providers,
which interact with the hardware, and a CIM
client, where the administrator manages the
system. SFCB supports CMPI-style providers, such
as those in the SBLIM project. The SBLIM project
is a collection of tools designed to support
Web-Based Enterprise Management (WBEM).
