Chronicle is a simple tool that will convert a
directory of simple text files into a formatted
and static HTML blog. In short, it compiles text
entries into pretty HTML, complete with support
for tagged entries, and RSS feeds.

Changes:
This release adds a simple spooler script, so that pre-written entries may be published on a daily basis via cron. This is useful if you write blog entries more often than you need to publish them.
