WDB is a weather data storage system for storage
of weather and water observations, forecasts,
analysis fields, and models. The system should be
compatible with the meteorological standards BUFR
and GRIB (version 1 and 2). In addition to generic
loading programs, WDB also features a flexible
retrieval interface for retrieving weather data in
time series or entire fields. WDB is built using
PostgreSQL extended with PostGIS.

Changes:
This release fixes some problems in the GRIB
loading software that occurred when the system
attempted to load files with an unknown grid
definition.
