PDF Split and Merge (pdfsam) is an easy-to-use
tool that provides functions to split and merge
PDF files or subsections of them.

Changes:
This release adds an update checker to notify if a new version is available. The progress bar now shows a percentage to give better feedback to the user. Split now uses PdfSmartCopy to minimize output file size. Translations have been updated. 4 reported bugs have been fixed.
