Blue is a new multi-purpose dynamic programming language. The minimalistic syntax is intuitive, easy to learn, and adapts to a broad range of programming styles and standards.

Changes:
This release mainly focuses on performance.
Consequently, Blue is dramatically faster. A new
feature, the "arg" keyword, increases performance
and simplifies function definitions. Several new
tests have been added. As a result, a multitude of
bugs have been eliminated.
