Coreboot (formerly known as LinuxBIOS) is a
project that aims to replace the normal BIOS with
a little bit of hardware initialization and a
payload. Payloads can include a compressed Linux
kernel, FILO, GRUB2, OpenBIOS, Open Firmware,
SmartFirmware, GNUFI (UEFI), Etherboot, ADLO (for
booting Windows and OpenBSD), Plan 9, or
memtest86.

IRQ routing has been added. Support for the TeleVideo TC7020 has been added. A SHA-1 implementation was added to libpayload. ST M50FW016 and ST M50FW040 now support the 82802ab command set. There are numerous bugfixes and timer-related fixes.
