LimeSurvey (formerly PHPSurveyor) is a Web
application that interacts with MySQL, MSSQL, or
Postgres to develop surveys, publish surveys, and
collect responses to surveys. Once a survey has
been created, data can be inserted into the survey
either by a "pretty" public screen which presents
each question one at a time, or by a quick and
nasty data entry screen. It includes the capacity
to generate individualized "tokens", so that
invitations can be issued to participants. It also
has the capacity to set conditions on whether
questions will display (branching), numerous
question types, and a basic statistics function.

Changes:
An error in data entry for users with few rights was fixed. An error where the reminder email with PostgreSQL could not be sent was fixed. A database error was fixed when deleting a tokens table in PostgreSQL. A bug with exporting to Excel when using certain question types and special characters was fixed. Spanish, Norwegian Bokmål, and Dutch translations were updated and a Welsh translation added. The option deletenonvalues didn't work in most cases, and has been fixed. Bugs with dual scale have been fixed. A bug where users were unable to change their own password has been fixed.
