Babel is a distance-vector routing protocol for
IPv6 and IPv4. It is designed to be robust and work
efficiently on both wired networks and wireless
mesh networks.

Changes:
Route retractions are now sent multiple times, which speeds up convergence with heavy packet loss. There are minor tweaks to the request and update sending logic, which reduces the amount of routing traffic but doesn't affect convergence speed.
