Squirrel Shell is a cross-platform alternative to system shells like bash in *nix and command.com (cmd.exe) in MS Windows. It is based on a powerful scripting language named "Squirrel". License: GNU General Public License (GPL) Changes: PCRE and Squirrel were updated to the latest available versions, and constants were made read-only. The setenv() function does not make permanent changes anymore. Some functions and values were marked as deprecated. This is the first version released under the GPLv3.
