Chronicle is a simple tool that will convert a
directory of simple text files into a formatted
and static HTML blog. In short, it compiles text
entries into pretty HTML, complete with support
for tagged entries, and RSS feeds.

Changes:
This release includes a new theme, and updates the
handling of blog titles. Blog titles may now be
specified via a "Subject:" header, rather than
just a "Title:", which makes it easier to
configure your site to submit entries by email.
