Project Observer is an autodiscovering network
management system focused primarily on Cisco and
UNIX networks. Networks can be autodiscovered using CDP data and SNMP scans.

This release cleans up a lot of problems with Observer and adds a host of newly added features, such as BGP discovery and interface error monitoring.
