aurora framework is a slim modular MVC framework
written in PHP 5.2+ for rapid development of Web or
console applications featuring an integrated
database API, template logic, pretty URLs,
internationalization, caching, data models, and a
multi-layered file tree.

Changes:
Signals (active and passive events), an integrated
test framework for unit testing, and a much nicer
command line interface for ama were introduced.
Two new alternative template syntaxes were added
for commands and translation-vars. ama has been
improved and raised to 0.4. Speed was improved,
and some bugs were fixed.
