Mobile RSS Reader is a J2ME (Java ME) MIDP application that is able to read most RSS servers and feed versions. RSS is a lightweight XML format designed for sharing headlines and other content like blogs and news. The data are stored on the mobile device and updated on request. It supports most encodings. It can import and synchronize RSS feed lists using formats and filter feeds based on name and URL. All/modified feeds can be updated with a single command. The zip file contains all versions midp10_ for MIDP 1.0 devices, midp20_ for MIDP 2.0 devices without JSR-78, and midp20_jsr75 for MIDP 2.0 and JSR-75 devices. License: GNU General Public License (GPL) Changes: This release features a new river of news options to sort by date/feed for all/read/unread items and allows you to mark items as read or unread in a river of news. Bookmarks can be imported and added. A podcast version was provided for phones with lots of memory such as high-end smartphones. Standard J2ME menu items are used for ok, back, and exit.
