PeaZip is a cross platform, desktop neutral
archiver utility with strong encryption features (up to AES256). It has full support for: 7Z, 7Z-sfx, ARC/WRC, BZ2/TBZ2, GZ/TGZ, PAQ/LPAQ, PEA, QUAD, split, TAR, UPX, and ZIP. It can open, browse, extract, and test: ACE, ARJ, CAB, CHM, COMPOUND (MSI, DOC, XLS, PPT), CPIO, ISO, Java (JAR, EAR, WAR), Linux (DEB, PET/PUP, RPM, SLP), LHA/LZH, NSIS, OOo, PAK/PK3/PK4, RAR, SMZIP, U3P, WIM, XPI, and Z/TZ. It can split/join files (file span), wipe files (secure deletion), compare, checksum, and hash files, benchmark systems, and generate random passwords and keyfiles. It features integration with
freedesktop.org-compliant environments such as
GNOME and KDE.
