Chandler Desktop is a standards-based personal information manager (PIM) built around small group collaboration and a core set of information management workflows modeled on Inbox usage patterns and David Allen's GTD methodology.

Changes:
The UI has been simplified to remove confusing components. "Tasks" have been renamed to "starred items". The sharing protocol has been updated to match Chandler Server (Cosmo) 0.13 to prevent a case where an item shared as read-only could be escalated to have read-write permissions.
