Yakuake is a drop-down terminal emulator based
on KDE Konsole. It features smoothly rolling down
from the top of your screen, a tabbed interface,
configurable dimensions and animation speed, a
skinnable GUI, and a sophisticated DCOP interface.

This is the first maintenance release in the
stable 2.9 release series for KDE 4. It brings bug
fixes, minor behavioral improvements, and improved
compatibility with the upcoming KDE 4.1, as well
as updated translations.
