or backing up data. It contains a lot of system utilities (such as
parted, partimage, and fstools), and basic programs (such as editors,
midnight commander, and network tools). It also includes GParted, a
Partition Magic clone that makes editing partitions easy with its
graphical user interface. This CDROM aims to be very easy to use and
accessible to everybody, and it also provides advanced personalization
features.

Changes:
This release also works on old i486/i586 processors. Xvesa has been added as an alternative graphical server to use when Xorg fails. A 64-bits alternative kernel (altker64) has been added. Bugs in the network configuration boot options (ethx, dodhcp, and gateway) have been fixed. This release upgrades the default kernel to Linux 2.6.24.02 with Reiser4 and btrfs 0.12, app-admin/testdisk to 6.9, sys-block/gparted to 0.3.5, and sys-fs/ntfs3g to 1.2216.
