Mnemosyne Project 1.0.1 (Default branch) |
|
|
The Mnemosyne software resembles a traditional
flash card program to help you memorize
question/answer pairs, but with an important
twist: it uses a sophisticated algorithm to
schedule the best time for a card to come up for
review. Difficult cards that you tend to forget
quickly will be scheduled more often, while
Mnemosyne won't waste your time on things you
remember well.

Changes:
Grade 0 was made the keyboard default for cards with previous grades of 0 or 1. Support was added for HTML-style escaped Unicode when importing plain text, to allow importing of Supermemo databases containing Unicode. Importing of Supermemo for Palm databases that were converted to XML by smconv.pl is supported. Importing of tab delimited files was made more robust. On Windows, errors are logged to a file in the user's directory, as opposed to a file in a system directory. Grades 0 and 1 are visually distinguished from other grades. Czech, Chinese, and French translations were made.
