The Horde Application Framework is a modular, general-purpose Web application framework. It provides an extensive array of classes that are targeted at the common problems and tasks involved in developing modern Web applications.

This release is a comprehensive bugfix update. A few new features were added, including attachment support for the problem reporting form, a mock Groups driver for sites that don't need Group support, and an experimental native SQL Shares driver.
