Chronicle is a simple tool that will convert a
directory of simple text files into a formatted
and static HTML blog. In short, it compiles text
entries into pretty HTML, complete with support
for tagged entries, and RSS feeds.

Changes:
This release allows blog entries to be "cut", or
truncated, in all views except the individual
entries. This allows readers to see a summary of
each blog entry without having to read the full
body if it is not of interest.
