PyCLIPS is an extension module that aims to embed full
CLIPS functionality in Python applications, providing Python
with a strong, reliable, widely used, and well-documented
inference engine.

This release fixes two potential crashes and introduces type checking and coercion for some functions. Support for Python 2.3 has been dropped.
