Finnix is a small, self-contained, bootable Linux
CD distribution ("LiveCD") for system
administrators, based on Debian testing "etch".
You can use it to mount and manipulate hard drives
and partitions, monitor networks, rebuild boot
records, install other operating systems, and much
more.

Memtest86+ has been upgraded to 2.01. Software
RAID autodetection has been fixed.
finnix-thumbdrive has been fixed, with udev
support and support for drives over 1GB. Also
included is an updated 2.6.24 kernel.
