Kwok Information Server is an IT management
system. Kwok Information Server provides a single
application for managing IT assets, software
licenses, service contracts, issues, and vendor
contacts. Additional modules include portal, RSS,

Custom fields were added for Hardware, Software,
and Company objects. Searching can be done by the
Hardware, Software, and Company description
fields. An issue was fixed with PostgreSQL 8.3.0
where the access_user.status column has type
"character", which fails when used with a where
clause status=1. It works on PostgreSQL 8.2.4.
This affects functions such as "Add Hardware" and
"Add Issue" when a page tries to get a user list.
