RAT (Radar Tools) is a powerful software tool for
processing SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) remote
sensing data. It is easy to extend, and should
bring modern SAR algorithms to a wider user base
by simplifying the data handling and processing of
complex SAR data.

Changes:
RAT is now capable of scripting (without a GUI), can use external binary plugins, and has greatly simplified tiling code. For users, mainly the new TerraSAR-X import is appealing.
