eTcl is a "batteries-included" thread-enabled Tcl/Tk runtime available as a single standalone executable. It includes several popular extensions (Thread, Sqlite, Zlib, etc.), together with a Tcl wrapper for the Pixane image processing library. License: Free To Use But Restricted Changes: This version is based on Tcl/Tk 8.5.1, so it fixes most issues in the 8.5.x branch from previous releases. Other components, like SQLite (3.5.6), tkhtml3, and tktreectrl have been updated. The full version adds support for tDOM, while still preserving support for TclXML and sharing the same expat library. The full installation also comes with tcllib, tklib, and bwidget preinstalled as eTcl kits.
