Ctioga is a command-line plotting utility. It
enables users to make publication-quality plots of
data and mathematical functions quickly. Ctioga
has been designed with ease of use and
extensibility in mind. It is based on the powerful
Tioga plotting library.

Changes:
A 'gnuplot' backend was added to extract data from gnuplot input files (but only data); several new filters were added to modify data on the fly. This release also features several bugfixes and minor improvements, such as better handling of log scale for mathematical functions, via the --math-log option, offsets for X and Y axes, and more.
