LXPanel is a lightweight X11 desktop panel based
on fbpanel.

Changes:
This release supports a background picture for the panel. Config files have been moved to ~/.config/lxpanel. You can move windows to other desktops via the popup menu of the taskbar. Battery plugins have been added (via ACPI; might be Linux only). An ALSA volume control plugin has been added (Linux-only, and can be turned off). An experimental new netstat plugin has been added to replace the original netstatus ported from GNOME (not completed). Smaller icons are used to reduce memory usage. There are several bugfixes.
