AgileWiki is meant to create software systems
which are fluid, easily configured and can be
reorganized on-the-fly to meet ever changing
requirements. It includes a COW-based database,
the Rolonics programming paradigm, and semantic
inferencing.

Changes:
CommonObject and Base64 have been moved to a
"common" jar file, allowing their use without any
extra baggage. (COODBMS's Document Rolon Model has
no other dependencies.) This is a first small step
to separate client/server processes.
