Changes:
PureCM now tracks file type changes and
automatically manages both direct and indirect
changes to a stream. This prevents merging the
same changes more than once into one branch,
disturbing its merge history. Furthermore, folder
adds are automatically reinstated if they have the
same name as the deleted folder.
