Poppler is a PDF rendering library derived from xpdf. It has been enhanced to utilize modern libraries such as freetype and cairo for better rendering. It also provides basic command line utilities. Support was added for CMake as an optional build tool for saving, for partial annotation, and for ActualText entries. Forms improvements and CJK rendering fixes were made. Characters outside of the Unicode Basic Multilingual Plane are displayed with a TT font. PDF page labels are now preserved when outputting to PostScript.
