Diskless Remote Boot in Linux (DRBL) provides a diskless or systemless environment for client machines. It works on Debian, Mandriva, Red Hat, Fedora, and SuSE. Unlike LTSP, it uses distributed hardware resources and makes it possible for clients to fully access local hardware. It also includes Clonezilla, a partitioning and disk cloning utility similar to Symantec Ghost. License: GNU General Public License (GPL) Changes: Newer upstream versions of syslinux (3.61) and memtest86+ (2.00) are used. The program now is ready for Debian Lenny and Ubuntu 8.04 alpha. A new package partclone was added in DRBL so that it can image HFS+ and reiser4 partitions experimentally. Some other functions of Clonezilla were added.
