Scalable OpenGroupware.org (SOGo) is a project derived from OpenGroupware.Org (OGo) with scalability in mind. The Inverse edition of this project has many feature enhancements: CalDAV and GroupDAV compliance, full handling of vCard as well as vCalendar/iCalendar formats, and support for folder sharing and ACLs. The Web interface has been rewritten in an AJAX fashion to provided a faster UI for the users, consistency in look and feel with the Mozilla applications, and to reduce the load of the transactions on the server. License: GNU General Public License (GPL) Changes: This release improves validation in the custom recurrence window, adds the ability to identify users and their resources with an LDAP field other than their username, enables the instant-messaging entry in the addressbook, adds further improvements in the UI consistency, adds the ability to add/remove and rename calendars remotely in DAV, remembers the position of the splitters across user sessions, fixes tab handling in IE7, improves the appearance of widgets in IE7, and makes a dramatic improvement in the overall stability of SOGo.
