mesh networks.

Changes:
This release fixes a bug that could cause routes
to be spuriously
discarded in some cases. It improves the
robustness of the IPv4 support
by checking for changes in IPv4 addresses, adds
support for non-default
routing tables, and allows disabling a number of
optimizations that do
not work on bridged interfaces.
