Drake CMS is a secure and lightweight CMS with
support for any database system plus an embedded
flatfile. It features full internationalization,
maximum host compatibility, standards compliance,
and many other addons.

Changes:
This version is a major feature enhancement and
stabilization release. It contains major bugfixes
and major improvements. Users impersonating the
editor role can modify only their own creations
and also publish them. Submissions are limited to
registered users only. All elements have
ownership. Major improvements were made to comment
drabot. Mass operations were improved. Various
other changes were made.
