InspIRCd is a fully modular IRC daemon with modular SSL (gnutls or OpenSSL), ziplinks (through zlib) support, advanced spam filters, flood controls, settable operator levels, and SQL login using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.

Changes:
Servers no longer occasionally go "missing" during
problems while trying to link. This will be of
most importance to unstable networks or ones with
lots of splits with autoconnect, and should
enhance performance and stability greatly. Rehash
will also now bind new server ports.
