Open Journal Systems (OJS) is a journal management
and publishing
system that has been developed by the Public
Knowledge Project through
its Canadian federally-funded efforts to expand
and improve access to
research.

Changes:
This version includes an enormous number of new
features, tune-ups, and bugfixes. Metadata storage
was completely overhauled for multilingual
support, including site, journal, and article
data. Support was added for numerous external
packages and services such as OpenAds,
phpMyVisites, and Google Analytics. Payment
support was added. New plugin categories were
added.
